This department is designed to service all other departments in the area of dispute resolution. Members of the Partnership are particularly active in the areas of company disputes, debt recovery, infringement of trademarks, insolvency, property litigation and commercial disputes in general.

We have represented one of the largest hotel owners in Nigeria in relation to arbitration conducted before the Paris Bar Arbitral Panel and have been involved in various arbitration both institutional and ad-hoc in Nigeria. We have a large complement of litigation on behalf of Banks, Insurance Companies, Manufacturers, Oil Companies and service providers at the various High Courts, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Some of the landmark cases members of the consortium have handled are published in the law reports and are extensively quoted.
