The Partnership has expertise in the negotiation and resolution of labour and industrial disputes.

We represent clients before national courts and Arbitral Tribunals both domestically and internationally as well as before administrative and other panels dealing with labour disputes. We also render mediation and conciliation services. One of the members is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the London Court of International Arbitration and a very experienced Industrial Relations Negotiator and Arbitrator. There are other qualified Arbitrators in the Consortium one of whom is an experienced insolvency practitioner.

We also have experience in the collective bargaining process and have negotiated and drafted collective agreements, Recognition Agreements and other transactional documents related to trade union law and practice. One of the members of the partnership indeed represented all the Nigerian Banks in a legal action against the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and other industrial unions in a dispute over the status of outsourced staff.
