Dr. B. A. M. Ajibade was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989.
He obtained a Ph.D Degree from King’s College, University of London in 1996 in the field of Private International Law. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Bar Association (IBA), a Fellow of the Society of Advanced Legal Studies (FSALS) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI). He is also the Secretary of the Capital Market Solicitors Association of Nigeria and Vice-Chairman of the Rules and Regulations Sub-Committee of the Security and Exchange Commission’s Capital Market Committee.
