Worked in the Chambers of Mr. H. A. Lardner SAN for over five years before becoming a partner in the firm of R. I. KUKU & Co. He joined our Chambers as managing partner in 1990 . He possesses specialized knowledge of Company and Allied Matters Decree, Loan negotiation, syndication and documentation, Debt recovery, Mergers and Takeover, Public Issues, Processing of Expatriate Quota and Business melting, Immigration Lawsand the practice and procedure of all the Courts in Nigeria including the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He was conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in August, 2000.
