CHIBUZO CHIEMELA EKWEKWUO

A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He received an LL.B (Hons) degree from Imo State University in 1988 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989.
Served as Personal Assistant to the Deputy Governor of Abia State 1992-93, has remained in full time law Practice since 1993 with strong interest and Bias in Privatization, Corporate and Institutional Law. Has considerable experience in litigation, acting at various times for both public and private Institutional and commercial interests.
He has also acquired considerable experience in pension law and matters, consulting extensively for the Senate Committee on Establishment that produced the new National Pension law 2004, and on many other institutional framework establishment projects. He is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and several Legislative Advocacy Networks. He has concluded course work for the Masters in Business Administration program of the Abia State University Uturu.
