Legal Advisory Partnership (LAP) specializes in Company and Commercial Law covering such areas of law as Privatisation, Public Issue of Shares, Oil and Gas Law, Telecommunications Law etc. There are also other areas of law in which we have had considerable exposure but are not caught by the above generalization. These include Aviation and Maritime Law and Environmental Law. All these areas of practice will be discussed in greater detail in the body of this profile.

The Partnership’s underlying aim is to jointly put the services of this consortium of lawyers at the disposal of the BPE and to identify the client’s needs and meet those needs quickly, efficiently and effectively. Our special areas of concentration are described under the Caption “Areas of Practice”.

The Strength of the Partnership lies in the depth and variety of in house experience and exposure of its members in the structuring and execution of transactions in the areas of law concerned. This applies both to the profile of the client and the content of the transaction. The partners can jointly boast of years of experience spanning over 150 years. The firm represents domestic and transanational interests and is affiliated to a network of international firms and experts in related fields and enjoys the advisory services of consultants who have gained international repute for their contributions to the development of various areas of law.
